Digital Advertising & Marketing Coordinator Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Advertising & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on managing digital advertising campaigns, analysing performance data, and supporting marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The successful applicant will be highly organised, data-driven, and capable of delivering measurable results for clients and projects. About Us Double M Productions is a creative media and marketing agency specialising in the agriculture, livestock, western, and rodeo industries. We work with stud breeders, agricultural businesses, events, brands, and rural enterprises across Australia, delivering high-quality digital marketing, advertising, content creation, design, and website solutions. Our team understands the unique nature of rural industries and combines industry knowledge with modern marketing strategies to help clients grow their brands, promote their products, and connect with their target audiences. Key Responsibilities - Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns. - Develop and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports. - Analyse advertising data and identify opportunities for improvement. - Build, maintain, and manage spreadsheets for reporting, budgeting, and campaign tracking. - Work with clients and team members to develop effective marketing strategies. - Assist with content planning and digital marketing initiatives. - Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. - Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience with Google Ads campaign management. - Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising. - Advanced spreadsheet skills, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, and organisation. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and organisational skills. - Fluent written and spoken English. Preferred Skills - Experience working with Wix websites, including website updates and management. - Graphic design skills and experience with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Understanding of digital marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies. - Experience creating advertising creatives and marketing assets. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple projects. They will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, enjoy working with data, and be passionate about helping businesses grow through effective marketing strategies. Employment Type Full-time, Part-time, or Contract position available. Flexible work arrangements may be considered based on experience.
