# Lead Generation & Outbound Campaign Manager ## Role Overview We are hiring a **Lead Generation & Outbound Campaign Manager** to help manage, improve, and scale our outbound sales engine. This role is for an experienced outbound operator who understands cold email, lead sourcing, campaign management, deliverability, data quality, inbox management, and follow-up systems. Our outbound campaigns run around the clock across different time zones. We are looking for someone who is proactive, fast-moving, highly accountable, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance. This role will start part-time as a trial/proof period, with the goal of becoming a **full-time long-term role** once performance, reliability, and ownership are proven. ## What We Are Looking For We are not looking for a basic VA or entry-level SDR. We are looking for someone with expert-level outbound experience who can think independently, find problems, improve campaigns, test new angles, and help generate qualified opportunities. The right person should be a campaign hustler — someone who checks performance, finds new lead sources, improves targeting, tests better messaging, watches deliverability, and keeps pushing for more positive replies. ## Main Responsibilities ### Lead Generation & Data Building * Source targeted leads based on defined industries, titles, company types, locations, and campaign goals. * Build clean prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google, company websites, enrichment tools, or other data sources. * Find decision-makers in marketing, events, field marketing, brand, communications, operations, procurement, and related departments. * Clean, verify, dedupe, and organize lead data before upload. * Maintain high data quality across names, emails, titles, company names, websites, LinkedIn URLs, and locations. * Identify new verticals, niches, and buyer groups that could produce better response rates. ### Outbound Campaign Management * Set up and manage outbound campaigns across multiple inboxes. * Upload leads, assign campaigns, manage sending schedules, and monitor campaign performance. * Manage follow-up sequences and ensure prospects are moving through the campaign properly. * Track positive replies, interested replies, objections, bounces, unsubscribes, and deliverability issues. * Make sure campaigns are running consistently and not sitting idle. * Monitor active campaigns daily and flag issues quickly. ### Campaign Optimization * Constantly look for ways to improve reply rates and lead quality. * Test new subject lines, email copy, CTAs, targeting angles, industries, and title segments. * Analyze which campaigns, lists, titles, verticals, and messages are producing the best results. * Recommend improvements based on data, not guesses. * Help reduce wasted sends and improve positive reply rate. * Improve segmentation so prospects receive more relevant messaging. ### Deliverability & Inbox Management * Monitor inbox health, bounce rates, reply rates, spam risk, and campaign performance. * Help manage inbox rotation, sending limits, warmup, and volume. * Identify deliverability problems before they damage campaign performance. * Remove bad data, risky domains, duplicate contacts, and low-quality lead sources. * Keep campaigns compliant with basic outbound best practices. ### CRM & Pipeline Support * Update lead statuses and campaign outcomes in the CRM. * Route positive replies and interested prospects to the correct team member. * Make sure qualified opportunities are not missed. * Maintain clean notes and records on campaign performance. * Help organize follow-up tasks for interested leads. ## Tools & Experience Experience with the following or similar tools is strongly preferred: * Smartlead * Apollo * Close * LinkedIn / Sales Navigator * Google Sheets * Email verification tools * Data enrichment tools * CRM systems * Cold email infrastructure and inbox management tools ## Required Experience * Strong experience managing outbound lead generation campaigns. * Experience sourcing and building B2B lead lists. * Experience with cold email platforms and campaign setup. * Understanding of deliverability, bounce rates, inbox rotation, and data quality. * Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. * Strong written English. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently without constant direction. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Must be proactive and performance-driven. ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who treats outbound like a system that can always be improved. They do not just upload lists and wait. They look at the numbers, identify weak points, improve targeting, test better messaging, clean data, monitor inboxes, and constantly try to increase positive replies. This person should be hungry, accountable, and highly organized. They should be comfortable with campaigns running around the clock and understand that outbound requires daily attention, testing, and improvement. ## Role Type * Remote * Starts part-time as a trial/proof period * Opportunity to become full-time based on performance * Long-term role for the right person * Must have availability overlapping with U.S. business hours * Flexible schedule, but campaigns must be monitored consistently ## Performance Expectations Success in this role means: * Clean lead lists are built consistently. * Campaigns are launched and managed without errors. * Positive reply rates improve over time. * Deliverability is monitored and protected. * Poor-performing campaigns are identified and improved. * New lead sources and targeting angles are tested. * Interested replies are routed quickly. * The outbound engine keeps moving every day. ## How to Apply Please send: 1.
