Email Outreach & Customer Growth Specialist for Indian Restaurant (Chicago Area) We are a growing Indian restaurant in the Chicago area looking for an experienced Email Outreach & Marketing Specialist to help us grow our customer database, promote restaurant offers, and increase repeat visits. The main goal of this role is to help us build a strong email marketing system by expanding our subscriber list, organizing customer segments, and creating promotional campaigns that bring customers back to the restaurant. Responsibilities: Develop strategies to grow our restaurant email list Build and organize targeted email campaigns for local customers Promote special offers, seasonal menus, events, new dishes, and restaurant updates Create engaging email content that encourages customers to visit Segment email lists based on customer groups and interests Maintain email list quality by cleaning, organizing, and improving deliverability Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, clicks, and customer engagement Test different promotions and messaging to improve results Email Marketing Goals: Increase our customer database consistently Turn new contacts into returning restaurant guests Promote limited-time offers and special events Increase catering inquiries and group reservations Build long-term relationships with local customers Ideal Candidate: Experience with email marketing, customer acquisition, or restaurant marketing Strong understanding of email campaigns and audience segmentation Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar tools Knowledge of email deliverability best practices Ability to write compelling promotional messages Experience growing email lists for local businesses is a plus Target Audience: Local residents and families Existing restaurant customers Nearby businesses and corporate customers Catering prospects Community organizations and local groups Food lovers in the Chicago area About Us: We are an Indian restaurant focused on providing high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences.
