We currently manage ad accounts for 80+ clients and we're growing fast. We run a tight, high-performance team with clear processes, a custom client dashboard, Slack for comms, and Google Meet for calls. Everyone here is accountable, proactive, and obsessed with results. The Role We are offering $1,000/mo for a full-time media buyer to start with a lot of room to grow depending on performance and dependability. We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to take ownership of 30-40 client accounts within our portfolio. This is not a generalist role. You won't be writing copy or designing creatives, we have a dedicated team for that. Your job is to be the best media buyer in the room: launching campaigns, running structured tests, optimizing with intention, and keeping everything moving. What You'll Be Responsible For - Launching new campaigns across 30-40 active client accounts - Building and executing structured testing frameworks (audiences, offers, placements) - Daily monitoring and data-driven optimization decisions - Preparing weekly client reports with clear, accurate performance data - Logging every change, every move — full transparency is non-negotiable here - Proactively chasing the creative and copy team to ensure you always have what you need to test and launch - Reporting observations, patterns, and insights back to the team - Contributing ideas to streamline and improve our internal processes Requirements - You've personally managed $25,000+/month in Meta ad spend — not as part of a team, on your own - You have experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously - You've run B2B campaigns on Meta (this is a biz op / agency owner audience) - You've worked within a team environment, not just solo - You're available for at least 2 video calls per week during PST timezone hours - You're comfortable working inside Slack, Google Meet, and custom dashboards - You are thorough with documentation — if it didn't get logged, it didn't happen What We're NOT Looking For - Someone who needs hand-holding on Meta Ads fundamentals - Someone who goes quiet when things aren't working instead of communicating - Someone who waits to be told what to test next Agencies or teams — this is a role for an individual contributor How to Apply To be considered, please answer the following in your proposal: - What is the highest monthly ad spend you've personally managed across all accounts combined? - How many ad accounts were you actively running at your peak? - Have you run B2B campaigns on Meta before? If yes, what was the offer/niche? - What does your typical weekly optimization process look like? - What's your current availability and timezone?
