AI Engineer / AI Automation Specialist

AI Engineer / AI Automation Specialist We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems, automations, and internal tools. This role is ideal for someone who understands both software engineering and modern AI technologies, and can take a project from idea to production. What You'll Be Working On - Building AI agents and multi-agent systems - Developing custom AI-powered applications - Creating automations using APIs, webhooks, and workflow tools - Connecting AI systems with CRMs, ERPs, databases, and business software - Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems - Building internal tools that improve operations and productivity - Designing scalable workflows that combine AI, automation, and software development - Optimizing and maintaining existing systems Required Skills Strong software engineering background - Experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript - Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations - Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI models - Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling - Experience building production-ready AI solutions - Database experience (SQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase, etc.) - Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems Preferred Skills - n8n - LangGraph - LangChain - CrewAI - MCP Servers - Vector databases - RAG architectures - Docker - AWS, Azure, or GCP - Knowledge of modern AI agent frameworks What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who only knows how to write prompts.
