enior Odoo ERP Consultant & Developer (Remote) About Hometech Hometech (Al Khanjar Gallery Electronics) is one of the growing retail and distribution companies in the Sultanate of Oman, operating: - 7 Retail Branches - Multiple Warehouses - E-Commerce Operations - Air Conditioning Division - Service & Maintenance Department - Approximately 70 Employees We are currently using Odoo Enterprise and are looking for an experienced Odoo Consultant/Developer to help optimize, enhance, and expand our ERP ecosystem. --- Position Senior Odoo ERP Consultant & Developer Location: Remote (India, Pakistan, UAE, Egypt, or other locations) Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable) --- Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: ERP Optimization - Conducting a full ERP audit. - Reviewing current workflows. - Improving system performance. - Enhancing data quality. Odoo Development - Custom module development. - Custom reports and dashboards. - API integrations. - Workflow automation. - Performance optimization. Inventory & Supply Chain - Multi-warehouse optimization. - Inventory forecasting. - Replenishment automation. - Procurement workflow enhancements. - Container tracking solutions. CRM & Customer Experience - CRM optimization. - Customer segmentation. - Customer Data Platform (CDP). - Loyalty program implementation. Marketing Automation - WhatsApp Business API integration. - Automated WhatsApp campaigns. - SMS automation. - Email marketing integration. - Customer journey automation. Business Intelligence - Executive dashboards. - KPI reporting. - Profitability analysis. - Sales forecasting. - Inventory analytics. Mobile Application Support - Integration of Odoo with mobile applications. - Loyalty and customer engagement features. --- Mandatory Skills Applicants must have: - Minimum 5 years of Odoo experience. - Strong Odoo Enterprise experience. - Strong Python programming skills. - PostgreSQL expertise. - Odoo Studio experience. - REST API integration experience. - Experience with WhatsApp API integrations. - Experience with retail and distribution businesses. - Strong communication skills in English. --- Preferred Skills Additional advantages include: - Mobile app integration experience. - Business Intelligence experience. - AI and predictive analytics experience. - Experience in customer loyalty systems. - Experience in e-commerce integrations. --- Deliverables During First 90 Days The selected consultant will be expected to: Month 1 - Conduct ERP Audit. - Submit Improvement Roadmap. - Identify Quick Wins.
