Airtable & Make.com Specialist for Recommendation Engine MVP

Hydrangea Matchmaker is a recommendation tool that helps gardeners identify the best hydrangea cultivars based on their growing conditions and preferences. I have already completed much of the foundational work, including: • A Google Sheets workbook with approximately 125 cultivars • Existing recommendation and scoring logic • A Tally quiz • An Airtable base • Recommendation outputs and report structure I am seeking an Airtable, Make.com, or no-code automation specialist to help review the existing system and implement a simple, scalable MVP. The goal is to automate the workflow from quiz submission through recommendation generation and report delivery while leveraging existing tools whenever possible. This is not a custom software build. I am looking for a practical, cost-effective solution using Airtable, Make.com, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with: • Airtable • Make.com • No-code automation • Data workflows • Recommendation or scoring systems • Process automation The first phase will focus on reviewing the existing assets, validating the architecture, and recommending the simplest path to launch ASAP.
