Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to perform a comprehensive audit of an existing GHL account that was previously built by another developer. The ideal candidate will identify configuration issues, workflow errors, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities, then implement the necessary fixes and optimizations throughout the account. This is not a new account setup project. We need someone with advanced, hands-on GHL expertise who can quickly assess an existing environment, uncover underlying problems, and restore the account to a fully functional and optimized state. Scope of Work Account Audit & Review * Conduct a complete audit of the GHL account, including pipelines, workflows, automations, funnels, triggers, tags, contacts, integrations, and account settings. * Identify broken processes, configuration errors, automation failures, and workflow logic issues. * Evaluate overall account structure and recommend improvements based on GHL best practices. Optimization & Repairs * Correct all identified issues and optimize system performance across the account. * Review and streamline CRM pipeline organization and contact management processes. * Audit and repair automation workflows, including triggers, actions, conditions, and branching logic. * Review email campaigns, follow-up sequences, tagging structures, and automation rules, ensuring everything functions correctly. * Audit funnels and landing pages for setup errors, broken links, missing elements, and conversion-impacting issues. * Review SMS and Twilio configurations and resolve any integration or delivery-related problems. Documentation & Reporting * Maintain clear documentation of all findings and corrections. * Provide detailed notes outlining identified issues, implemented fixes, and recommendations for ongoing account management. * Deliver a final audit and optimization report summarizing all completed work. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working extensively with GoHighLevel. * Demonstrated experience auditing, troubleshooting, and repairing existing GHL accounts. * Strong understanding of GHL automation architecture, CRM management, pipelines, workflows, and system optimization. * Experience with Twilio and A2P SMS registration/configuration is highly preferred. * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to identifying and resolving every issue. * Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly document work performed. * Ability to work efficiently and independently. Preferred Experience * Experience with n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms integrated with GHL. * Familiarity with third-party integrations, including calendars, payment processors, lead capture forms, and related tools. * Previous experience rescuing, rebuilding, or optimizing poorly configured GHL accounts.
