Part Time Drafter Needed

Part-Time Drafter — Residential Permit Plan Sets Contract / Per-Job • Part-time to start, with room for more hours I'm looking for an experienced drafter proficient in producing permit plan sets for U.S. residential architecture. This starts part-time and can grow into more consistent work for the right person. RESPONSIBILITIES - Draft residential permit plan sets - Draft interior elevations - Update and work off existing CAD files - Produce shop drawings - Rendering work as needed REQUIREMENTS - Proficiency drafting residential permit plan sets - U.S. experience is required - Ability to understand and apply U.S. building code - Comfortable working off existing CAD files - Available to meet regularly via Zoom and/or communicate via WhatsApp NICE TO HAVE - Rendering experience - Working knowledge of Rhino TO APPLY Submit permit plan set samples — residential full sets and renders. Applicants who do not submit plan set samples will not be considered.
