Real Estate Cold Caller VA - Motivated Seller Lead Generation (Wholesaling)

Overview Keystone Homebuyers LLC is a growing real estate wholesaling company based in Columbus, Ohio. We buy houses for cash and are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven cold caller to join our team and generate motivated seller leads on a consistent weekly basis. This is a remote position and we are looking for someone to start immediately. What You'll Be Doing • Cold calling motivated sellers from custom lead lists we provide daily • Qualifying leads using our proven script • Logging all calls, notes and leads into our GoHighLevel CRM • Following up with potential sellers who did not answer • Generating a minimum of 10 qualified motivated seller leads per week • Attending a weekly Friday KPI review call with the founder What We Provide You • Custom lead lists of motivated sellers to call every week — you will never have to find your own leads to call • Proven cold calling script that is tested and ready to use from day one • Full training on GoHighLevel CRM — we will personally train you on how to use GoHighLevel for calling, logging leads, tracking your KPIs and managing your pipeline. No prior GoHighLevel experience required • Weekly coaching and feedback every Friday to help you improve and grow • Long term opportunity to grow with the company as we expand across Ohio What We're Looking For Experience: • Minimum 1 year of real estate cold calling experience • Must understand wholesaling, motivated sellers and cash offers • Experience with skip tracing and dialing software is a plus Communication: • Fluent in English with little to no accent — this is non-negotiable • Professional, confident and persuasive phone presence • Ability to handle objections calmly and effectively • Clear, articulate and easy to understand on the phone Work Ethic: • Self motivated and results driven • Able to make 80-150 calls per day consistently • Available to work Monday through Friday during Eastern Time business hours • Reliable internet connection and quiet professional workspace Performance Standards & KPIs Every Friday we will have a weekly review call where we will: • Review your total calls made for the week • Review your total leads generated • Listen to 2-3 recorded calls together to assess script adherence and call quality • Identify areas of improvement and provide coaching • Confirm you are hitting the minimum standard of 10 qualified motivated seller leads per week This is a results based role. We are building a serious business and need someone who takes performance seriously. If the minimum standard of 10 motivated seller leads per week is consistently not being met after coaching and support we will part ways in a professional and respectful manner.
