Type of Position: Contract / Project-Based (with potential for ongoing engagement) Company: Autodromo California, an entrepreneurial development company Location: Flexible/Remote Salary: DOE (project-based or hourly, commensurate with experience) ________________________________________ POSITION OVERVIEW G&Co. is seeking an innovation-driven Creative Director with experience in digital and interactive storytelling to lead the development of marketing collateral for a premium, large-scale motorsport and lifestyle development project. The ideal candidate will understand how to translate the worlds of motorsport, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and destination development into a cohesive visual language, creating materials that feel sophisticated, original, and on-brand. This role requires a highly creative designer who can create immersive, visually exceptional experiences that elevate storytelling and audience engagement. We are specifically looking for top-tier talent with the taste level and creative range to produce world-class work efficiently—someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and fluent in the latest AI-enabled workflows, able to deliver exceptional output without unnecessary agency overhead. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing dynamic, visually commanding collateral and interactive digital environments that pair premium design sensibility with smart, modern production methods. ________________________________________ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the creative direction, design, and execution of high-impact collateral, visual storytelling materials, supporting presentation assets, and interactive digital experiences. • Translate presentations, concepts, and brand narratives into polished, intuitive, and strategically sharp collateral to be used in video and motion assets, navigation structures, layered, audience-specific storytelling. • Design content and user pathways with a strong emphasis on interactivity, including clickable navigation, animated transitions, multimedia integration, scroll-based storytelling, dynamic content reveals, and flexible audience-specific presentation structures. • Utilize the latest AI tools and emerging technologies to support concept development, visual asset creation, ideation, prototyping, iteration, and production efficiency—while maintaining a distinctly original, elevated creative standard. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback effectively, and deliver executive-level creative work that balances strategic clarity with exceptional design. • Work with a value-conscious mindset: identify smart production approaches, move quickly, and maximize impact without compromising quality. ______________________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS • Demonstrated experience in or genuine fluency with motorsport, automotive, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, experiential, or culturally sophisticated consumer brands. • Understanding of the high-end consumer, including their expectations, motivations, taste level, and what resonates in premium/luxury brand experiences • Refined design sensibility and ability to create materials that resonate with sophisticated audiences without relying on generic luxury or sports tropes. • Demonstrated experience concepting and directing motion-rich, media-integrated brand experiences across presentation, digital, and interactive formats, with strong fluency in immersive storytelling. • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, asset creation, and production • Examples of outstanding creative work delivered with lean, efficient execution teams • Ability to deliver premium-caliber design while remaining commercially minded and budget aware ______________________________________________________________________________ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • A personal passion for the motorsport and/or luxury experiences is highly valuable, particularly where it informs taste level, cultural fluency, and storytelling instincts. • Strong awareness of digital design trends, particularly at the intersection of luxury branding, experiential storytelling, interactive web environments, and modern AI-enabled creative workflows. • Independent talent, fractional creatives, or exceptionally strong boutique-level designers are welcome, provided the quality of work is truly outstanding. ______________________________________________________________________________ CANDIDATE PROFILE • Passionate about or fluent in motorsport, automotive and/or high-end luxury lifestyle or hospitality • Fluent in AI and modern creative tools, with a strong understanding of how to apply them meaningfully and efficiently. • Has a sharp eye for premium design and understands restraint, hierarchy, brand alignment, and what makes work feel truly elevated. • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and highly efficient—someone who can create exceptional work without bloated process or inflated cost structures. ______________________________________________________________________________ WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • A new creative benchmark for Autodromo California’s digital and visual identity • Work that is sophisticated, highly engaging, commercially smart, and compelling to high-level audiences • Exceptional creative quality achieved through efficient and intelligent execution with technical collaborators ______________________________________________________________________________ ENGAGEMENT NOTES We are looking for exceptional talent and exceptional value: a designer who can deliver best-in-class creative thinking, sophisticated execution, and modern AI-enabled efficiency without unnecessary complexity or overhead.
