Social Media Strategist / Creative Manager

We are hiring a highly creative Social Media Strategist / Creative Manager to help lead the social direction for two growing consumer brands. This is not a 'schedule posts and manage a content calendar' role. We are looking for someone who deeply understands modern social media, brand voice, content strategy, creative direction, and what actually makes people stop scrolling, engage, trust, and buy. You will help shape the social media strategy for two different brands with two different audiences: * Bamboo Ave, a men's travel and lifestyle apparel brand * Avori, a women's beauty, style, and AI-powered transformation brand The right person is creative, proactive, strategic, and obsessed with making content work. We want someone who can look at a brand, understand the customer, study what is working online, and come back with clear ideas, not someone who waits to be told exactly what to post. What You Will Own * Social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms * Brand voice and content direction * Weekly content ideas and creative concepts * Feed planning and content organization * Posting, scheduling, captions, and community awareness * Identifying trends and turning them into brand-relevant content * Working with our graphic designer and team to bring ideas to life * Reviewing performance and improving based on what is working * Helping build separate strategies for two very different brands and audiences What We Are Looking For You might be a great fit if you: * Understand social media beyond basic posting * Have strong creative taste * Can think strategically about content, brand, and audience * Know how to build a content plan that drives impact * Can show examples of feeds or accounts you have helped manage * Are proactive and do not need to be micromanaged * Care deeply about doing great work * Can spot what is working on social and explain why * Can write strong captions and hooks * Have basic editing, design, or creative production skills, which is a big plus * Are comfortable working across two different brands with different customers We are looking for an A-player. Someone with taste, ownership, speed, work ethic, and creativity. This Role Is Not For You If * You only want to schedule posts * You need every idea handed to you * You do not study trends, creators, brands, and social platforms * You cannot explain your creative decisions * You are not comfortable owning strategy * You are not proactive In your application, include: 1. What was the strategy, what did you change, and what happened? 3. How do you come up with a social media strategy for a brand? What do you look at first? Audience, competitors, trends, product, content gaps, brand voice, platform behavior, etc. 4. Pick either Bamboo Ave or Avori and give us 3 content ideas you would test first. Briefly explain why you would test those ideas. 5. Show us your creativity. What is one social media trend, format, or creative angle you think more brands should be using right now, and how would you adapt it for a brand? 6. Tell us about your work style. How do you stay proactive, organized, and focused on impact without needing someone to tell you every next step? 7. Bonus: Can you personally create or edit content? If yes, please share examples of videos, graphics, reels, TikToks, or posts you created yourself.
