AI Implementation Specialist – Ongoing Help Putting AI to Work Across My Business

I run a small business with a lot of moving parts, and I want to use AI as much as possible across the work I do day to day. The problem is time — I keep thinking of things that AI could probably do faster or better, but I don't have the hours to research the tools, figure out what actually works, and set it up. I'm looking for one person I can lean on regularly to do exactly that: help me identify where AI can improve how I work, then actually build and implement the solution. Not just advice — I want the thing set up and working. This is ongoing, not a one-off. I bring the problems and the ideas; you bring the knowledge of what's out there and the ability to make it real. What You'd Actually Be Doing Looking at how I currently do things and spotting where AI or automation would save time or do it better Recommending the right tool for each job — I don't want to be locked into one product, I want whatever actually fits Building the solution: setting up the tool, writing the prompts or workflows, connecting things together, and getting it running Showing me how to use what you build, simply, so it sticks Being available on a regular basis as new needs come up — this is a steady working relationship What I'm Looking For Someone with real breadth across the AI landscape, not just one tool. You should be comfortable across things like: Large language models and how to get the most out of them (I currently like Claude a lot, but I want someone who knows the full field) Automation and workflow tools that connect apps together AI agents, custom assistants, and document/data workflows Knowing the difference between when to use a quick off-the-shelf tool versus when to build something custom More important than any single tool: you can take a vague problem from me, figure out the right approach, and deliver something that works. You explain things in plain language. You're reliable and easy to reach. How We'll Work You're my go-to AI person. I'll send you problems and ideas as they come up; you scope them, recommend an approach, and build. Some weeks will be busier than others. I value someone who sticks around and gets to know how I work over someone who does one project and disappears.
