Lead Implementation Partner Needed for Healthcare Staffing Platform Setup.

We are seeking a lead implementation partner to help launch CollaborativeNP Medical Staffing Solutions, a nurse practitioner-focused healthcare staffing platform for locum tenens, locum-to-permanent, and permanent placement. This is not just a basic website project. We need someone who can help design and implement the Phase 1 launch system, including a professional public website, mobile-first NP onboarding funnel, hospital staffing request form, Crelate ATS/CRM setup or integration, candidate/client/job pipelines, document upload workflow, basic credentialing checklist, simple automations, and training. The goal is to create a clean, professional system where nurse practitioners can apply online, hospitals can submit staffing requests, and all candidate/client/job data can be managed through Crelate while we manually vet and match providers behind the scenes. Preferred experience includes healthcare staffing, recruiting platforms, ATS/CRM implementation, no-code/low-code app development, workflow automation, candidate onboarding, document collection, and data privacy/security. Possible tools may include Crelate, Webflow, Wix Studio, GoDaddy, Base44, Bubble, Softr, Airtable, Jotform, Fillout, Zapier, Make, DocuSign, QuickBooks, and/or Stripe. We are open to recommendations from the right implementation partner. The ideal candidate should be able to: * Map the full NP and hospital workflow * Recommend the best tool stack for Phase 1 * Build or coordinate the website and onboarding flow * Configure or integrate Crelate * Set up NP, client, and job order pipelines * Create document upload and credential tracking workflows * Set up basic email notifications and automations * Test the system before launch * Provide training, documentation, and post-launch support This will be a phased project. We do not want to build a full custom marketplace immediately. We want a practical launch system that can scale over time.
