Growth Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, CRM & Funnel Optimization)

Title: Growth Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, CRM & Funnel Optimization) Hourly Rate: $10-$20/hour depending on experience Hours: 10-20 hours/week initially Potential for long-term engagement and increased hours based on performance. About Us We are a growing boutique wellness and aesthetics practice located in Midtown Manhattan, New York. We offer wellness, weight optimization, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative treatments, and aesthetic services. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to help us improve lead generation, marketing performance, CRM workflows, and conversion systems. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in Meta advertising, marketing funnels, lead generation, CRM automation, and performance marketing. Responsibilities • Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns • Assist with Google Ads campaigns (preferred but not required) • Develop and optimize lead generation funnels • Build and manage CRM workflows and automations • Create SMS and email nurture campaigns • Improve lead engagement and conversion processes • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations • Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics • Assist with landing page and funnel optimization Preferred Qualifications • Experience running Meta Ads campaigns • Experience with Google Ads • Experience with GoHighLevel, HighLevel, Clinical Marketer, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM platforms • Experience building marketing funnels and automations • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization • Experience working with wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, fitness, beauty, or service-based businesses is preferred What Success Looks Like • Increased qualified lead volume • Improved lead engagement • Improved funnel conversion rates • Reduced cost per lead • Positive return on advertising spend
