Project Coordinator – Social Media & Canva Presentations

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team with social media management, Canva presentation design, and day-to-day project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Create and update presentations in Canva following brand guidelines. Organize project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. Maintain documentation, templates, and project trackers. Assist with content organization and presentation formatting. Support internal communication and project execution across different initiatives. Requirements Experience using Canva for professional presentations and visual content. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Ability to work independently and proactively. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting social media projects. Experience working remotely. Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools. Contract Details Remote position. Flexible schedule.
