App Developer and maintenance

I'm looking for a developer (or small team) to take over ongoing maintenance and support, with a clear path toward scoping and building out multi-org / enterprise capability as the product grows. Phase 1 — Ongoing Maintenance (Immediate) • Maintain uptime and availability of the current app • Bug fixes and minor updates as needed • Manage hosting/infrastructure (please specify your experience with our current stack) • Flag and advise on data privacy considerations as we take on business clients Phase 2 — Enterprise Scoping (Near-Term, Separate Engagement) • Assess current architecture against multi-org/multi-user requirements • Propose approach for permissions, org-level admin, and data segregation • Advise on data privacy/compliance needs (e.g. GDPR, Australian Privacy Act, depending on client base) as we move from single-user to organisational customers What I'm Looking For • A developer comfortable owning a live product, not just shipping features • Strong communicator — clear, proactive updates on risk, cost, and tradeoffs • Experience with HR tech, B2B SaaS, or multi-tenant architecture is a strong plus • Comfortable with data privacy/security considerations as we scale to business clients Engagement Fixed monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance, scope to be confirmed.
