Brand & Social Media Manager: Own the Voice of a Multi-Brand Company (Long-Term) About us Turnkey Services is a growing operating company for small businesses. Under one roof we run several service lines, each with its own brand, audience, and voice: Turnkey CFO: bookkeeping, payroll, 1099s, AP/AR, monthly close, and financial reporting. Turnkey Web: website design and development. Turnkey AI: practical AI tools and automation for service businesses. Turnkey Recruiting: executive search and placement. Turnkey Services: the parent brand that ties it all together. We're disciplined about brand. Each line has a distinct palette, tone, and customer, and we don't blur them. We're looking for one person to take real ownership of how all of these brands show up in the world. This is not a "schedule the posts" job. We have content systems in place. What we're missing is an owner: someone who thinks like a brand director, protects the reputation of every line, and makes deliberate choices about voice, positioning, and presence across channels. What you'll own Brand stewardship: Be the guardian of each brand's voice, look, and feel. Keep every line consistent with its identity and make sure nothing goes out off-brand. Maintain and evolve our brand and voice guidelines as we grow. Reputation management: Monitor what's said about us across platforms and review sites. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in the right voice for each brand. Flag issues early and handle them with judgment. Social strategy: Own the content calendar and channel strategy (LinkedIn and Facebook today, with room to expand). Decide what each brand should be saying, to whom, and why, not just when to post. Content direction: Shape and polish copy, briefs, and visuals so they land. You won't have to design every asset from scratch, but you'll own the quality bar and the creative direction. Community and engagement: Build genuine presence and engagement for each brand. Grow the right audience, not vanity numbers. Performance: Track what's working, report on it plainly, and steer strategy based on results. Cross-brand consistency: Make sure five brands feel like one well-run company: coordinated, never copy-pasted. You're a great fit if you Have managed brand and social for multiple brands or a multi-product company (B2B or professional services is a strong plus). Write cleanly and adapt your voice. You can sound like a trusted bookkeeping firm in one post and a sharp executive-search firm in the next. Treat reputation and consistency as your responsibility, not someone else's. Are proactive and self-directed. You bring ideas and run with them instead of waiting for a task list. Have an eye for design and can hold a high creative bar even when you're directing rather than making. Understand professional-services and small-business audiences. Nice to have Experience with brand guideline development. Comfort with content and scheduling tools and basic analytics. Light graphic or Canva-level design ability. Familiarity with recruiting, accounting, web, or AI and tech industries. Details This is a long-term, ongoing engagement. We want one trusted owner, not a churn of freelancers.
