We’re looking for a 3D artist / motion studio to create a premium animation set combining: 🎥 Cinematic photoreal office walkthrough (landscape) 🧩 Clean technical explainer animations (airflow, modular panels, power/data routing) We’ll share brand guidelines and product reference PDFs/images to match our aesthetic and product details. What You’ll Create (Deliverables) A) 🎬 Hero Photoreal Interior Walkthrough (Landscape 16:9) A sweeping, design-led office walkthrough showing our acoustic booths used for: 📞 Privacy calls / Teams / Zoom 👥 1:1 HR meetings 🎧 Focused solo work 🤝 Quick huddles 😴 Sleep pod / power nap scenario (calm ambience / meditation vibe) Must feel: modern, premium, biophilic, calm — natural light, plants, warm materials, muted tones. No “neon tech” look. B) ⚙️ Feature Explainer Animations (Clean + Technical) Short standalone clips (can also be intercut into the hero video) that clearly show: 1) 🌬️ Airflow / Ventilation (must be crystal clear) Show how airflow enters/exits and why it’s quiet + comfortable Highlight the ceiling air system + floor extraction concept “Premium engineering visualisation” style (not cheap explainer) 2) 🎨 Interchangeable Wall Covers / Aesthetic Agility Show panels/covers being swapped easily Demonstrate quick colour/material changes based on office location Message: agile installation + agile aesthetics 3) 🔌 Power + Ethernet Routing (key differentiator) Show two installation options: Option 1: power/data fed from floor box to underside Option 2: power/data fed from ceiling M&E tracking down into the booth Must demonstrate: Why this enables side-by-side / back-to-back / central placement (no messy side cables/vents) Ports/connectivity clearly visible inside the booth C) 📱 Modular Cutdowns for Web/Ads 3–6 clips, 10–20s each Each focused on one message: Focus / Meet / Call / Recharge / Place Anywhere / Breathe Easy Deliver versions with text overlays + clean versions without text Style + Brand Direction 🌿 Premium, minimal, organic, biophilic 🎨 Natural colour tones (greens/earth tones), soft shadows, high realism materials 🔤 Clean typography treatment (we’ll provide guidelines) 🧭 Subtle UI overlays for technical call-outs (airflow arrows, cable routing, panel swap) Output Requirements Main: 4K UHD, 16:9, 25fps or 30fps (tell us your preference) Web: 1080p H.264 Master: ProRes (or equivalent) Deliver: ✅ With text overlays ✅ Clean (no text) ✅ Separate exports for feature clips What We’ll Provide 📄 Brand guidelines PDF 📦 Product reference PDF + images 🎞️ Reference look/feel examples 📐 (If needed) CAD/STEP/3D assets + dimensions after shortlist Ideal Freelancer / Studio You’re a fit if you can do both: 🏢 Photoreal product + interior CGI (lighting/materials/camera realism) 🧠 Clear technical motion graphics / cutaway-style explainers Tools: Blender / C4D / 3ds Max / Unreal etc. (your choice — just deliver the quality).
