Director of Property Management Operations

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Do you have at least 2 years experience in property management? Ideally with experience with Section 8 housing and short term rentals (airbnb, Vrbo etc). We are a Miami real estate investment and property management company that owns and manages approximately 100 rental units, including multifamily properties, single-family homes, Section 8 rentals, and short-term rental properties. We acquire properties, renovate them, increase occupancy, improve operations, and grow the portfolio through acquisitions and refinances. We are seeking a highly organized Director of Property Operations to be involved in the operations of our day-to-day property management, real estate operations activities and continued growth through additional real estate acquisitions. Responsibilities: Vendor & Maintenance Coordination Coordinate maintenance requests Assign and follow up with vendors and contractors Track work order completion Obtain vendor estimates and proposals Tenant & Leasing Support Communicate with prospective tenants Assist with leasing and vacancy management Manage online property listings Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Track tenant applications Assist with housing voucher (Section 8) processes Operations & Compliance Track inspections and compliance deadlines Track permits, licenses, and renewals Maintain operational checklists Update management software and databases Assist with project coordination Administrative Support Email management Data entry Reporting Calendar coordination Required Qualifications: Excellent written and spoken English Strong organizational skills High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong follow-up skills Reliable internet connection Experience with property management, real estate, leasing, and operations.
