YouTube Video Specialist (AI Content Creation)

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy YouTube Video Specialist to help us create, publish, and grow AI-powered YouTube content. About the Role This role is focused on creating and managing YouTube content using modern AI tools and workflows. You will be responsible for producing AI-generated videos, managing YouTube channels, optimizing content for performance, and helping grow channel traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, familiar with YouTube best practices, and comfortable using AI tools to streamline content production. Required Skills & Qualifications AI Experience (Most Important) ✅ Strong experience using AI tools for content creation ✅ Familiarity with tools such as: * Claude * Claude Code * ChatGPT * Gemini * Grok ✅ Ability to use AI for research, scripting, content planning, and workflow automation YouTube & Content Creation ✅ Experience managing YouTube channels ✅ Understanding of YouTube SEO and channel growth strategies ✅ Experience creating or editing videos ✅ Strong research and content organization skills ✅ Ability to identify trending topics and content opportunities General Qualifications ✅ Excellent English communication skills ✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail ✅ Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects ✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently ✅ Comfortable learning new software and AI tools Responsibilities ✅ Create AI-generated videos using modern AI workflows and tools ✅ Research topics and develop video ideas ✅ Create or assist with scripts, outlines, and content planning ✅ Upload, optimize, and publish videos ✅ Write titles, descriptions, and metadata ✅ Manage YouTube channels and content schedules ✅ Monitor channel performance and identify growth opportunities ✅ Use AI tools to improve production speed and content quality ✅ Assist with scaling and improving channel operations Compensation & Benefits ✅ USD $500–$800/month depending on skills and experience ✅ Full-time position (40 hours/week) ✅ Flexible working hours ✅ Performance reviews every 3 months ✅ Opportunities for salary increases based on performance If you’re passionate about YouTube, AI-powered content creation, and growing digital media brands, we’d love to hear from you.
