Senior UX Designer — UX/UI Audit & Prioritized Roadmap for a B2B Information Portal

We're a Swiss revenue growth & product consultancy. On behalf of a client (digital marketplace, we need a senior UX practitioner to audit their B2B information portal, a multilingual WordPress site (~25–30 page templates) that has grown over 2+ years and accumulated inconsistencies in design, structure, and UX. This is an evaluation engagement — not a redesign or rebuild. We need sharp diagnosis and prioritized recommendations, not new mockups. You'll assess: Heuristic UX evaluation (desktop) across key templates Mobile / responsive experience Navigation & information architecture (the site has deep, multi-level nav) Visual & design consistency Key user journeys & findability of information B2B portal best-practice benchmarking Out of scope: content strategy and any visual redesign. Deliverables: Structured audit report, findings with screenshots, severity-rated Prioritized roadmap — Impact/Effort, quick wins → larger initiatives A concise summary deck we can present to the client Deliverables in English. We provide all domain context (German is a plus, not a requirement).
