Creative Specialist — Visual Content | Fashion Brand About the role We're hiring a Creative Specialist to produce premium visual content for our fashion brand — across image and video. The work is heavily AI-driven, but you'll also handle real photo and video content. You'll work under our Concept Manager, translating hero images into on-brand variants and producing content that looks premium across every channel. If you can spot a wrong fabric drape from a thumbnail, write a prompt that nails skin texture on the first pass, and edit a 9:16 video that holds attention from frame one — keep reading. What you'll do - Generate ultra-realistic AI images using Stable Diffusion, Higgsfield (Cinema Studio), Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, Seedream 4.5, Seedream 5.0, and GPT Image 2 - Place clothing on AI models while preserving shape, fit, and fabric texture - Write precise prompts covering lighting, angle, materials, and mood — reproduce reference styles, palettes, and compositions - Produce premium AI video using Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and Cinema Production - Shoot, edit, and finish real photo and video content alongside AI work - Edit in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro — color correction, grading, subtitles, titles, branding - Own the full production cycle: brief → generation/shoot → edit → publish-ready export - Adapt content for Instagram and YouTube - Retouch photos in Lightroom, Photoshop, or Airbrush - Analyze published results and iterate What you bring AI Image Generation - Confident hands-on experience with the full AI image stack above - Ultra-realistic rendering of skin, fabric, and materials - Clean anatomy, correct proportions, zero artifacts - Strong composition: rule of thirds, depth of field, visual balance - Ability to reproduce a given style, mood, and color palette Real Photo & Video - Comfort working with real photo and video footage, not just AI-generated - Eye for premium real-world visual content — lighting, framing, styling AI Video - Higgsfield for premium realistic AI video - Strong instinct for pacing and mood in silent/music-led video Video Production & Editing - Editing fluency in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere Pro - Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and what makes a video feel premium - Music and SFX selection — building atmosphere without dialogue - Basic color correction and grading - Subtitles, titles, logos, branding Production Process - Clear understanding of the full production cycle - Comfort working from briefs and brand guidelines - Photo retouching in Lightroom, Photoshop, or Airbrush - Platform-spec discipline (aspect ratio, resolution, file size) - Willingness to analyze performance and adjust Communication - Spoken English fluency required — you'll join regular team calls and need to communicate clearly in real time Bonus points - Experience with fashion or luxury brands - Understanding of premium visual storytelling principles - Portfolio piece featuring AI-generated clothing on models - A complete AI video — concept to final cut — that you can walk us through How to apply Send us your portfolio or reel.
