Job Title: Bilingual Survey Interviewer (French/English) Project Overview: We are seeking professional and highly fluent Bilingual Survey Interviewers (French and English) for a remote, full-time contract. You will be conducting outbound telephone surveys with residents across Canada for a market and public opinion research project. Please note: This is strictly market research. There is absolutely no sales, fundraising, or telemarketing involved. 📋 Key Responsibilities: Conduct Interviews: Perform outbound telephone surveys with residents across Canada. Bilingual Delivery: Interview respondents fluently, seamlessly switching between French and English as needed. Script Adherence: Follow exact survey scripts accurately and professionally. Neutrality: Maintain a strictly neutral and impartial approach at all times. Data Entry: Record responses precisely using our secure online survey platform. Professional Representation: Represent the organization professionally on every call. 💻 Technical & Workspace Requirements: A reliable Windows-based PC. A wired USB headset with a built-in microphone. A quiet, distraction-free, and private home workspace. 👤 Candidate Qualifications: Native-level fluency in French and professional fluency in English. Prior experience in customer service, telephone interviewing, or call centers is an asset. ⏰ Contract & Compensation Details: Duration: 1-month contract (initially set for 2-3 weeks, with a strong potential for extension). Schedule: Full-time hours expected, with flexible scheduling available. Compensation: $7 CAD per hour, paid biweekly.
