Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist for AI Startup (Trial to Ongoing)

Claustar is a fast-growing AI-native contract platform serving founders, freelancers, and small business owners. We help our customers create, review, redline, and sign business agreements in minutes, the work that normally costs days and thousands in legal fees. We're live with paying customers and now looking for a driven Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us connect with our ideal customers and fill our pipeline with high-quality leads. Role Overview In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging our target audience through a combination of tools, outreach strategies, and social channels. Your main goal is to get the attention of potential customers and secure calls or demos with our co-founder, who handles the closing, giving prospects the opportunity to start a trial or buy a plan. Key Responsibilities Prospect Research: Use tools like Apollo, Lemlist, and LinkedIn to identify target companies and decision-makers that match our ideal customer profile. Outreach Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn connection requests and messages, and other social methods) to engage prospects and generate interest. Lead Qualification: Identify and prioritize high-value prospects most likely to convert. Meeting/Demo Booking: Coordinate with our co-founder to schedule qualified calls and demos with interested prospects. Deliverability & Setup: Configure outreach infrastructure correctly (warming, sending limits, sequencing) so messages land in inboxes, not spam. Lead Management: Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and lead status so no opportunity is missed. Social Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to connect, engage, and nurture relationships with prospects. Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, booked calls) and optimize campaigns for better results. Requirements Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and social engagement (preferably in B2B SaaS or similar). Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Heyreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar. Strong written communication. You can write personalized, compelling outreach that gets replies. Solid understanding of email deliverability, warming, and why poorly configured outreach lands in spam. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns at once. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills Experience selling to founders, freelancers, or small business owners. Knowledge of automated outreach tools and sequences. Experience running A/B tests on outreach messaging to improve results. Compensation This first contract is a fixed-price trial so we can both see if it's a fit. If you deliver qualified booked calls, there's a clear path to ongoing work. We'd rather invest more in someone who consistently fills the pipeline than keep it small.
