Social media assistant to help me promote Israel activist course

Let me start this post by stating the obvious: if you have any issue with Israel, this job is obviously not for you. I have managed to create a video-based course and entire system that could change the dynamics of Israel PR. What I need is someone who specializes in cutting excerpts and posting them everywhere that we need to post. I do not feel that this job would require more than 5-10 hours per month. Understanding how to use social media and AI tools is an asset Of course, understanding some of Israel's narrative or at least being open to learning and being passionate about political and Human rights issues would also be a great asset for this job.
