Freelance Graphic Designer for Sleep Health

ABOUT THE ROLE We're a growth-stage medical device brand in the sleep health category looking for a skilled freelance video editor to join our performance marketing team on a retained basis. This is a direct response-first role. You'll be editing raw UGC footage and longer-form brand content into scroll-stopping ads that drive measurable results across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our growth marketing team and receive detailed briefs and raw assets. Strong editorial instincts, speed, and a fluency in what makes direct response content convert are non-negotiables. WHAT YOU'LL BE DESIGNING 5–10 deliverables per month Single-image Meta and Performance Max assets Formats include 9:16, 4x5, 1:1 and 16:9. Lightweight animated versions of select static concepts for use as GIFs in Meta feed and stories placements. Formats include 9:16 and 1:1 DELIVERABLES & FORMATS Briefs will specify copy, offer, and audience (you bring the visual execution). Advertising ready at required specs (file size, resolution, and format compliant) GIFs or lightweight HTML5 animations as scoped in brief Final assets will be delivered in PNG format Source files (Figma, PSD, or AI) delivered with each asset set Revision rounds as outlined in retainer agreement YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU... 2+ years designing paid social and/or landing page assets for performance marketing or DTC brands Hands-on Meta ads experience and ecommerce or DTC brand background (preferred) Health, wellness, or medical device brand experience with awareness of ad compliance nuances (preferred) Strong DR design instincts (visual hierarchy, benefit-led layouts, social proof placement, CTA clarity) Designs for the feed: communicates the core message in under 2 seconds Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Can produce clean GIFs or lightweight animation without relying on video tools Works within an established visual identity and adapts it consistently across formats TO APPLY Please share: A portfolio with examples of paid social static ads and/or landing page design A brief note on your design process for high-volume retainer work
