B2B Google Ads Specialist — Enterprise Software (Global Campaigns)

About us We are an IT product company headquartered in Clearwater, FL. Our solutions serve enterprise and mid-market B2B clients globally, with deal values that are large and sales cycles that are complex. We're looking for a seasoned Google Ads specialist to help us generate high-quality pipeline through paid search. What you'll do - Audit, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers for high-value software solutions - Structure and optimize campaigns across multiple global markets (not just US/local). - Develop keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding logic, and audience targeting focused on qualified lead generation — not volume. - Provide regular reporting on performance metrics: CPL, MQL quality, conversion rates, and ROAS. - Continuously A/B test creatives, landing page alignment, and bid strategies to improve results over time. Required experience - B2B Google Ads with large deal values — you understand long sales cycles, intent-based targeting, and how to optimize for lead quality over raw clicks. - Proven track record managing significant monthly ad budgets. - Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Google Analytics / GA4. - Ability to structure and manage multi-region, international campaigns with geo and language considerations .Preferred (nice to have) - Prior experience running paid campaigns for a B2B software or SaaS company. - Familiarity with CRM integration and conversion tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Google Ads certification (helpful but not a dealbreaker if your results speak for themselves).
