Canva Designer Needed – Create Elegant Talent Spotlight Social Media Template (Plug & Play)

Project Overview I own a boutique talent agency representing models and actors. I am looking for a Canva designer to create a clean, elegant, upscale social media template system that can be reused repeatedly for showcasing talent represented by our agency. The goal is to create a professional “Talent Spotlight” template that allows our team to quickly drop in: • Talent headshot • Talent video slate • Talent name • Talent category • Agency logo and publish across multiple social media platforms. Design Style We are NOT looking for flashy, loud, influencer-style graphics. Desired aesthetic: • Clean • Elegant • Luxury boutique feel • Minimalist • Editorial / magazine-inspired • Sophisticated • High-end talent representation Think: • Fashion brands • Beauty brands • Boutique talent agencies • Luxury real estate marketing • Editorial magazine layouts NOT: • Gaming graphics • Neon effects • Busy social media templates • Club flyers • Influencer-style content Lots of white space is preferred. Strong typography and layout skills are extremely important. The talent should be the focus of the design, not the graphics. Deliverables Create one master Canva design system that can easily be duplicated and updated for new talent. Required Formats: 1. Instagram / TikTok Reel 1080 x 1920 2. Instagram / Facebook Square Post 1080 x 1080 3. Facebook Feed Post Appropriate feed dimensions recommended by designer Template Requirements Must include: • Placeholder for professional headshot • Placeholder for short video clip • Talent name • Talent category • Agency logo placement • Optional tagline area The template must be easy for non-designers to update and use repeatedly. I Will Provide • Agency logo • Brand colors • Sample headshots • Sample video slate videos • Creative direction The designer should create the Canva files so my staff can simply: 1. Drop in photo 2. Drop in video 3. Update text 4. Export 5. Post No redesign should be required each time. Final Deliverables • Canva editable links • Fully editable templates • Organized layers and elements • Mobile-friendly editing • Brief instructions for future use When Applying Please provide: 1. 2–3 examples of clean, minimalist Canva designs. 2. Examples that demonstrate strong typography and white space. 3. Any work related to fashion, beauty, luxury, editorial, boutique brands, talent agencies, or premium marketing. 4. Estimated turnaround time. What I am looking for: I am looking for a designer who understands restraint, elegance, typography, and visual hierarchy. The talent should be the star of the design. The template should feel premium, timeless, and professional while remaining simple enough for our staff to update and reuse for years to come.
