QA Team Lead for Web + Mobile SaaS App

We are hiring a hands-on QA Team Lead to help organize and improve testing for our web and mobile SaaS product. This role is for someone who can lead testers, create structure, catch issues early, and communicate clearly. You should be strong in manual testing, bug reporting, test planning, and day-to-day QA coordination. You will help us: Lead a small QA team Assign daily testing priorities Review tester results and bug quality Make sure issues are reproducible and clearly documented Identify blockers, UX problems, broken flows, and edge cases Help improve the overall testing process What we need: Strong manual QA experience for web and mobile apps Experience leading or coordinating other testers Clear English communication Organized bug reporting with screenshots, videos, and steps Ability to think like a real user and spot gaps in flow Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive Big plus if you have experience with: SaaS products Startup environments Regression testing Test case creation UX/UI feedback Android and iPhone testing To apply, send: Your QA experience Any lead or team coordination experience Examples of bug reports you’ve written Devices you can test on Your availability each week The word “STRUCTURE” at the top of your proposal so I know you read this We are looking for someone sharp, dependable, and proactive.
