Job Application Assistant — Corporate Role Search (DC Metro & Huntsville, AL) OVERVIEW I'm looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to submit job applications on my behalf for corporate positions in two specific markets: the DC Metro area (Virginia, Maryland, DC) and Huntsville, Alabama. All applications must be submitted directly through company career portals — no third-party job boards. SCOPE OF WORK 150 total applications across three milestones: Milestone 1 — $50: 50 applications in Huntsville, AL Milestone 2 — $50: 50 applications in the DC Metro area (DMV) Milestone 3 — $50: 50 additional applications in the DC Metro area (DMV) WHAT YOU'LL DO - Research corporate job openings matching my background and target roles - Submit each application exclusively through the employer's official company career portal - Complete all required application fields and upload my resume - Tailor the cover letter and any open-ended application questions to each specific role and company using templates and guidance I will provide - Track each submission in a shared spreadsheet (company name, job title, portal URL, date submitted, link to recording) - Record your screen for every application from start to confirmation page and upload each recording to a shared folder named by company and date REQUIREMENTS - Experience navigating corporate applicant tracking systems - Strong written English — you will be tailoring cover letters and application responses for each role - Familiarity with DC Metro and/or Huntsville, AL job markets preferred - Must have screen recording capability - Strong attention to detail — applications must be fully completed, not partial submissions - Ability to meet milestone deadlines DELIVERABLES PER MILESTONE - Completed spreadsheet log of all applications submitted - Screen recording for every application uploaded to a shared folder showing the full submission through to the confirmation page BUDGET: $150 fixed price ($50 per milestone) In your proposal, please describe your experience with corporate applicant tracking systems and confirm you are comfortable tailoring cover letters, screen recording every submission, and submitting exclusively through official company career portals.
