Full-Time Marketing Assistant (GoHighLevel, Email Campaigns, Video & Social)

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to support our ongoing marketing operations. This is a long-term role for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working across automation, content, and social media. Responsibilities: Build and maintain GoHighLevel funnels and automation workflows Create and manage ongoing email nurture campaigns Produce product demo videos using AI tools like HeyGen Create and schedule social media content across platforms Requirements: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, email automation) Experience writing and building marketing/nurture email campaigns Familiarity with AI video tools such as HeyGen (or similar) Social media content creation and scheduling experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently Reliable, responsive, and able to commit to full-time hours
