Summary

I'm looking for an experienced native iOS developer to build a video & media player app from scratch in Swift. I have a reference app whose feature set and functionality I want closely replicated — but the UI/UX must be original. Do not copy the reference app's screens, layout, icons, or visual style. I'll share the reference link in a private message after we connect; please do not ask for it in your proposal. This is a "play anything" media player: users import their own video/audio files and the app handles format conversion/decoding under the hood so playback just works, even for formats iOS doesn't support natively.
