Social Media and Email Marketing Support

Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Marketing - Develop, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). - Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships. - Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with insights for improvement. - Keep social media profiles up-to-date and aligned with brand standards. - Email Marketing - Design and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms. - Manage email lists and ensure proper segmentation. - Track email performance and recommend strategies for improvement. Light VA Responsibilities - Manage and organize digital files (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). - Schedule meetings or coordinate team calendars. - Conduct light research as needed (e.g., competitor analysis or sourcing content ideas). - Assist with other small administrative tasks to streamline operations.
