Inventory & Ordering Manager (Ecommerce | Fitness & Training) Engagement: Full-time · Contract Location: Remote (Philipines preferred) We’re a multi-brand fitness and training ecommerce business looking for an experienced Inventory & Ordering Manager to own purchase orders, supplier coordination, inventory systems, and reporting. This role is critical to keeping stock accurate, buys controlled, and data clean across the business. Key Responsibilities - Raise, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) - Liaise with suppliers to issue and confirm POs - Coordinate shipment information with internal teams - Build product costings, landed costs, and buy plans - Prepare inventory, sales, and trade reporting - Assist with merchandise planning and data accuracy - Maintain inventory data in DEAR (Cin7 Core) and Shopify Required Experience - Proven ecommerce inventory / ordering experience - Hands-on experience with DEAR (Cin7 Core) and Shopify - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Confident working with suppliers, costings, and SKUs - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ideal Candidate - Proactive, organised, and commercially minded - Comfortable in a fast-paced ecommerce environment - Strong communicator and problem solver - Experience in apparel, footwear, or fitness products is a plus To apply: Please share relevant experience with ecommerce inventory management and the systems you’ve worked with.
