I need a qualified structural engineer to rectify and finalize a foundation design package for a steel hangar. Work includes: Reviewing the existing foundation report, SAFE model, STAAD reactions, and civil drawings Correcting footing designs (F1/F2), including eccentricity, partial bearing, uplift, sliding, and overturning Updating pedestal design, plinth beam forces, slab design, and baseplate/anchor checks Re‑running the SAFE model with correct loads, soil modulus, concrete grades, and footing thickness Providing a clean, corrected foundation report, updated SAFE model, reaction mapping, and comment‑by‑comment compliance sheet Preparing BBS, BOM, and BOQ aligned with final drawings Only apply if you have real experience with SAFE, STAAD, SBC 301/304, ACI 318, and foundation engineering. I require a qualified structural engineer to rectify, update, and finalize the complete foundation design package for a steel hangar (27.2m × 24m). The client has issued 54 comments on the design and drawings. Your job is to fix everything and produce a clean, compliant submission. Scope of Work 1. Review & Verification Review existing foundation report Review STAAD reactions Review SAFE model Review civil drawings STR‑01 to STR‑08 Review client comments ST‑013 to ST‑054 2. Calculations to Rectify F1 footing (eccentric, uplift, partial bearing) F2 footing Pedestal PD1 & PD2 Plinth beam (tension, shear, flexure) Base plate reactions Floor slab design Soil modulus correction Concrete grade consistency Load combinations (SBC 301) Enclosure classification (wind) Thermal load ±25°C Seismic check (SBC 301) 3. SAFE Model Corrections Correct footing thickness (300mm) Correct soil modulus Correct concrete grade (C40) Apply correct reactions Provide settlement contour Provide soil pressure contour Provide reinforcement output Provide reinforcement output 4. Drawings Markups for all corrections Reinforcement corrections Missing details (pedestal, plinth beam, isolation joint, etc.) 5. Final Deliverables Final foundation calculation report (PDF) SAFE model (.FSD) Reaction verification sheet Comment compliance matrix Marked-up drawings Need support preparing as well: BBS (bar bending schedule for all footings, pedestals, plinth beams, slabs) BOM (materials list: concrete, steel, anchors, grout, formwork) BOQ (itemized quantities with units and descriptions) Must align with final drawings and corrected foundation report.
