Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Shopify Email Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for our growing fashion brand. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve order issues, and help create a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally. Assist customers with order tracking, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Answer product-related questions regarding sizing, colors, materials, and availability. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Process returns and exchanges through Shopify and related applications. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements Previous experience in Shopify customer support. Excellent written English communication skills. Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools. Strong understanding of fashion e-commerce customer service. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands. Knowledge of sizing guides, product recommendations, and fashion retail customer expectations. Familiarity with Shopify apps and order management systems. We are looking for someone who is professional, responsive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to fashion shoppers.
