Meta Ads Expert Needed to Map Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI) for SaaS Funnel

We are looking for a tracking expert to help us set up flawless conversion and page-level tracking for our SaaS product, Jobbyo (jobbyo.ai). Our customer journey starts on our landing page, passes through a Google Sign-In popup, and finishes inside our web app domain with a 3-day free trial that converts into a paid subscription through stripe. Because users change subdomains and use a third-party login, standard browser pixels are dropping data. We need a robust Hybrid Setup (Browser Pixel + Server-Side Conversions API) to ensure 100% data accuracy across every single stage of the funnel. You will be communicating directly with our CEO/Lead Developer. You will NOT have direct access to our live codebase or servers. Instead, you will provide the exact architectural blueprints, step-by-step logic requirements, and code templates, and our developer will deploy them. Our Tech Stack: Landing Page: www.jobbyo.ai Web App Subdomain: app.jobbyo.ai Authentication: Google Sign-In Payment Processor: Stripe 🎯 We will explain the Full Funnel Tracking Requirements in a call 1. Global Page-Level Data (Track Everything) Your Task: Configure the base pixel to globally track all user data and traffic on every single page across both domains (www. and app.). This includes setting up Advanced Automatic Matching on the frontend so Meta can capture user identifiers safely and map the entire user journey screen-by-screen. 2. New Sign-ups (CompleteRegistration) The Workflow: Users click "Get Started" on the landing page, go to the app login page, and log in via Google. Your Task: Provide the server-side code logic to trigger a Meta CAPI event only when our database successfully creates a brand-new user account. It must ignore returning users who are just logging in. 3. Pricing & Packages (ViewContent) Your Task: Track exactly when a user lands on our subscription tiers choice page (app.jobbyo.ai/packages) so we know who is actively reviewing our offers. 4. Paid Users after the 3-day Trial (Purchase & Custom Retention) The Workflow: Users authorize their debit card for a 3-day free trial (Day 0). On Day 3, our payment processor successfully charges their card for their first billing cycle. Your Task: Provide the browser setup to track when they first submit their card on the checkout page (InitiateCheckout). Build a backend webhook solution that listens to our payment gateway. The exact moment a free trial successfully converts into a paid account on Day 3, your script must fire a server-side CAPI event passing the true subscription value (e.g., $29.99 USD). 🛠️ Required Deliverables: Subdomain Stitching: Ensure the base pixel and PageView tracking on www and app share cookie data seamlessly. Deduplication: Provide matching event_id logic so Meta merges overlapping browser and server data without double-counting. Data Matching: Map out the exact user data-points (Hashed Email, IP, User Agent, _fbp, _fbc) our database needs to save on Day 0 and pass to Meta on Day 3 to guarantee a high Event Match Quality (EMQ) score. Clear Documentation: Provide clean, generic code templates (JavaScript/Node/Python or similar) that our developer can easily drop into our backend routes. How We Will Work Together: You will be in contact with our CEO/Developer to clarify the technical payload requirements, deliver your code snippets, and help us test the events using Meta’s "Test Events" dashboard until every single page and server event lights up green.
