Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist & AI Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing email and live chat support, assisting with order-related issues, and providing general virtual assistant support. You will also utilize AI tools to assist with research, content creation, data organization, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat * Handle order tracking, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations * Communicate with suppliers and internal team members when required * Use AI tools to assist with research and administrative tasks * Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures * Help improve customer satisfaction and response times Requirements: * Previous customer support experience in e-commerce * Strong written English communication skills * Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms * Familiarity with AI tools and productivity software * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to grow with our team.
