Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist & AI Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing email and live chat support, assisting with order-related issues, and providing general virtual assistant support. You will also utilize AI tools to assist with research, content creation, data organization, and workflow optimization.
