Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to build highly targeted email lists using Apollo and/or other data tools for our cold outreach campaigns. We are looking for high-quality, verified data to ensure high deliverability and low bounce rates. Important: You must possess your own active subscription/credits for Apollo.io. We will not be providing login credentials or paying for software subscriptions. Responsibilities: Build targeted B2B prospect lists based on our specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria (e.g., Job Titles, Industry, Employee Count, Revenue, Location, Technology Stack). Extract and verify contact information (Business Email, First/Last Name, LinkedIn URL, Company Website). Ensure all email addresses are valid and verified to keep our bounce rate below 2%. Format the final data into a clean, organized CSV or Google Sheet ready for import into our sending tools. Requirements: Must have your own access to Apollo.io (and other supplementary tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator if needed). Proven experience in B2B List Building and Lead Generation. Deep understanding of how to filter for specific decision-makers (not just generic info@ emails). Experience with email verification (cleaning lists to remove invalid emails). Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines. Deliverables: A clean CSV/Google Sheet containing: First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Verified Email Address, MOBILE/CELL PHONE NUMBER, LinkedIn Profile URL, Company Name, Website, and Address.
