We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to research and build targeted lists of real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and property owners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding accurate contact information, verifying data, and organizing leads in spreadsheets or CRM systems. Responsibilities: Research real estate agents, brokers, and property-related businesses. Build and maintain accurate lead lists with names, emails, phone numbers, and company details. Conduct property research based on specific criteria. Verify and enrich contact information for outreach campaigns. Organize and update data in spreadsheets and CRM platforms. Deliver high-quality, error-free lead databases. Requirements: Experience in lead generation and online research. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google Maps, Zillow, Realtor, or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
