Operations Manager — build and run an Asana-powered multi-business operation

We're a boutique strategic advisory firm — management and technology consulting — running several businesses and portfolios on a structured Asana operating system. We're looking for a senior Operations Manager who can do two things: personally run our core functions — Talent, Delivery, and Sales — and then recruit, build, and hand each one off to a coordinator. This is not a scheduling or assistant role. You'll be operating and building the functions, not just supporting them — and your goal is to build the structure so it runs without you holding every seat. The right person is a player-coach: senior enough to run each function competently from day one, and disciplined enough to build their own replacements. What you'll do Run our Talent, Delivery, and Sales functions on an interim basis through our existing Asana system Recruit, onboard, and hand off a coordinator for each function — starting with Talent Build and improve processes through our Asana structure; where structure is missing, design and document it Lead business projects end to end — owning outcomes, driving through ambiguity, making the calls Build the operating spine so the founder is off the day-to-day critical path You must have The ability to build in Asana, not just use it — design structure, not just complete tasks (essential) Familiarity with management and technology consulting — you understand how advisory and delivery work is scoped, run, and delivered A track record of leading business projects, not just coordinating them The breadth to run talent, delivery, and sales functions on an interim basis The discipline to make yourself replaceable — building people into seats and handing off, not holding turf To apply, please answer: 1.
