TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Seeding Strategist (Perfume Brand — Italy)

About the project We're an Italian perfume brand with ~40 fragrances (inspired-by / equivalent perfumes). Our products are ALREADY uploaded and live on TikTok Shop. We sell exclusively in Italy. We're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop strategist to help us build and execute a creator seeding & affiliate strategy — getting our perfumes into the hands of the right Italian creators and turning that into consistent sales on TikTok Shop. ⚠️ You do NOT need to speak Italian. All creator communication will be in Italian, but we handle translation. We need your STRATEGY and EXPERTISE, not your language skills. What we need help with - A clear strategy to identify and recruit the right Italian creators for a perfume brand - Sample/product seeding strategy: how many products to send, to whom, what to expect back - Setting up and optimizing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns (Target Collaboration, Open Collaboration, Shop Plan, commission structure) - Outreach process & templates we can adapt and send to creators - Tracking, KPIs, and how to scale what works Who we're looking for - Proven, hands-on experience growing a brand on TikTok Shop (please show results/numbers) - Specific experience with creator seeding and the TikTok Shop affiliate program - Bonus: experience in beauty/fragrance/cosmetics - Experience in any market is fine — what matters is that you know TikTok Shop deeply To apply Please tell us: 1.
