SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist

If both sound good, please continue reading. ## 2. Company & Experience We’re a human-led, AI-assisted marketing and design subscription service for startups. AI is integrated into everything we do, but humans lead the strategy, execution, and decision-making. We constantly look for better ways to deliver results for our clients. I’m urgently looking for someone to work closely with me on SEO, and potentially paid ads later if you have experience. However, SEO will be the main focus at the start. We will learn, improve, and grow together. We have strong growth potential, and as one of our first hires, you will be a key team member helping build and grow the company. ## Requirements * Good SEO experience with examples or a portfolio * Hands-on experience across different areas of SEO, including content creation, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO/link building * Link building experience is very important. If you have experience with Reddit-based link building that is a big plus * Comfortable working across different industries and business models, including SaaS and e-commerce * Fluent English, both written and spoken We will also provide support, training, and knowledge sharing when needed. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should be willing to learn, improve, and take ownership. ## Bonus Points * Experience contributing beyond SEO, such as paid ads and creative briefs for designers, is a big plus. We do not have a very strict fixed schedule. most of our clients are based in the USA and Europe. Our USA client base is growing, so having good overlap with both Europe and the USA would be ideal. ## 3. Salary & Expectations For full-time work, the expected range is around $1,250 USD net per month. I will cover the Upwork commission. Next months, I also plan to introduce a bonus opportunity. I am still working on making it realistic and fair. As we grow, I definitely want to increase the salary range, especially if you become an important part of the team. Note: I do not mind if you work with other companies at the same time. We are all human, and everyone has the same limits with time and energy. However, for a full-time 40-hour-per-week role, please make sure this is realistic for you. I will care most about what you deliver, how you communicate, and how much ownership you take.
