Full-Stack B2B Growth Marketer (AI-Fluent) — Must Have Recruitment/Staffing Industry Experience

Summary We're an offshore staffing and EOR company placing eCommerce talent (Amazon PPC managers, catalog specialists, TikTok Shop operators, bookkeepers, EAs) with US-based DTC brands, Amazon sellers, and SMBs. We're looking for a full-stack B2B growth marketer who has already done this for a recruitment, staffing, BPO, or EOR company and knows what actually drives qualified leads in this industry. Why Industry Experience Matters We've tested generic B2B playbooks (FB/Insta ads, broad cold email) and seen mixed results. We don't want to pay someone to learn what works in staffing on our dime. We want someone who already knows: What channels actually convert for staffing/recruitment buyers How to position offshore staffing without triggering price-shopping or skepticism What lead magnets, offers, and CTAs perform in this category How to message different ICPs (founders, COOs, Heads of Ops) at different company sizes What mistakes to avoid If you haven't marketed for a staffing, recruitment, EOR, or BPO company before, this role isn't the right fit. What You'll Own ✅ Paid Acquisition — Google Ads (Search), LinkedIn Ads, and selectively Meta for retargeting/lookalikes ✅ Outbound Strategy — Refine and scale our cold email engine (SmartLead) and LinkedIn outbound: list building, sequencing, copy, reply handling ✅ Landing Pages & Conversion — Build and iterate on landing pages, lead magnets, and funnels that convert B2B traffic into booked calls ✅ AI-Powered Workflows — Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n, Make) to automate prospecting, personalization, enrichment, and lead scoring at scale ✅ Attribution & Reporting — Set up clean tracking across channels and report on CAC, pipeline, and ROI weekly Engagement Open to full-time contractor, part-time, or fractional engagements depending on fit. Long-term relationship preferred. Remote.
