Title: 3D Artist / Developer - Blender + Mobile-Optimized Immersive Web Experience About us We're a boutique web agency building cinematic, animation-driven websites for luxury, e-commerce, and hospitality brands. We're looking for a 3D artist-developer who can take an immersive concept from Blender all the way through to a polished web experience that runs beautifully on mobile - not just on a high-end desktop. What you'll do Model, texture, and animate scenes in Blender Export and optimize assets for the web (glTF/GLB, Draco/Meshopt compression, baked lighting, atlased textures) Build the immersive experience in the browser (Three.js / React Three Fiber or similar) Optimize aggressively for mobile - poly budgets, texture sizes, draw calls, LOD, and steady frame rate on mid-range devices You should have A strong Blender portfolio (modeling, animation, lighting/baking) Real experience shipping 3D/WebGL to the web, not just rendered videos or stills A track record of holding a smooth frame rate on actual phones, not just your dev machine Clear communication and the ability to flag performance tradeoffs early Nice to have GSAP and scroll-driven interaction Spline experience An eye for design and pacing, not just technical execution To apply Send your portfolio with at least one live link to a mobile-optimized 3D web experience you've built.
