CAD Product Designer Needed for Brass Casting Mold

Summary

We DON'T need a normal 3D picture. We need a proper engineering 3D file (CAD file) that can be used to make the mold for brass casting. Basically, we look for someone who does product/CAD design for manufacturing, not a visual 3D artist. The final file they give should be something like STEP file (or similar manufacturing format) that the factory can directly use.
