Project Manager for a web-design agency
Worldwide
About Us Ecom Maven is a boutique, animation-first web agency building cinematic digital experiences for brands in e-commerce, luxury, hospitality, and wellness. We specialize in custom-coded sites, Shopify, and Webflow - think scroll-driven animations, WebGL, and high-end creative direction. We're a small, fast-moving team and every project we ship is intentional and polished. The Role We're looking for a Project Manager who's lived inside a web agency before and knows how the work actually flows - from proposal handoff to launch. You'll own project timelines, client communication, and internal coordination across our active builds. You won't just track tasks - you'll anticipate blockers, keep the team moving, and make sure nothing slips. What You'll Do Own project timelines from kickoff through delivery across multiple concurrent client builds Manage client communication - updates, feedback rounds, scope conversations Coordinate between design, development, and creative direction Set up and maintain project workflows in our PM tools Catch gaps, flag risks early, and keep everyone accountable Assist with onboarding new clients and translating creative briefs into executable plans What We're Looking For 2+ years of project management experience at a web, design, or creative agency - this is a hard requirement Comfortable talking about websites: you understand what a landing page build, a Shopify migration, or a Webflow project actually involves Light Figma experience - you can open a file, leave comments, inspect specs, and follow a design without needing hand-holding Some exposure to front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS concepts, how a CMS works, what "staging vs. production" means) is a strong plus Excellent written English - you'll be client-facing Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure Experience with tools like Notion, Linear, Asana, ClickUp, or similar Bonus Points You've worked on e-commerce, luxury, or hospitality brand sites You've coordinated with developers who work in GSAP, Three.js, or custom animation stacks You've handled Shopify or Webflow project timelines before You speak Russian (genuinely a plus, not required) What It's Like to Work With Us We move fast and we care deeply about quality. Clients trust us with their brand and we take that seriously. You'll have real ownership over your projects - not just task-logging. If you're someone who thrives when things are moving, likes working across creative and technical work, and wants to be part of a small team doing ambitious builds - this is the right place. Compensation & Hours This is a full-time remote position. The budget is $1,200/month - this is a fixed monthly rate, not hourly. Please only apply if this works for you. We're not able to consider applications outside this range.
