Youtube Title/Thumbnail Idea (Non Design) Research and Ideation for Web Development Niche

I'm looking for a creative, marketing-minded person with some developer background to help ideate YouTube video titles and thumbnail concepts for my web development niche channel (not the design of thumbnails — just the idea and angle behind it). Probably a good fit for people who are into social media, YouTube specifically, marketers who are curious about what drives clicks, growth strategists — but you should also be comfortable in the developer space and ideally watch dev-related YouTube content. What you'll be doing: - Brainstorming and pitching YouTube video titles and thumbnail concepts for the web development space - Studying reference titles, thumbnails, and channels I provide - Running A/B tests across multiple title and thumbnail variations - Keeping a pulse on the latest in AI — researching new AI models, tools, and developments relevant to web development, testing them out hands-on, and sharing feedback and insights You're a good fit if you: - Think like a marketer — you notice what gets clicks and why - Watch a lot of YouTube and are naturally curious about what performs - Have some developer background (you don't need to be a senior engineer — just familiar with coding concepts, dev tools, or the developer ecosystem) - Ideally, you already watch developer-focused YouTube content and understand what that audience cares about - Are responsive and communicative — timely replies matter here - Willing to put in the work and grow long-term What you get: - Long-term opportunity with room to grow - Mentorship from someone with a channel with over 100K subscribers
