Job Overview We are a Canadian property management company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build our database of potential clients and tenant list. Your main task will be finding rental listings posted by private landlords and organizing that data for our sales team. You also will be inputting tenant information into Notion Responsibilities Identify Leads: Search Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji for rental ads posted by private owners (not realtors or agencies). Data Entry: accurate input of property details and owner information into Notion. Quality Control: Verify that leads are valid, local, and not duplicates of existing records. Notion: Data entry into notion Requirements Ability to distinguish between a private landlord listing and a realtor listing. High attention to detail—accuracy is more important than speed. Pattern recognition Strong English Proficient in Notion / Google Sheets.
